Individual Fall Fundraisers

FundScript – November 15th Order Deadline 

Fundraiser is open now. FundScript Order Form has been emailed to all dance families.  Feel free to share the order form with family and friends.  Once you have collected your orders each Dance Family would then submit ONE master order form by emailing it to dsdparentsociety@gmail.com.  Please ensure the order form has both the Parent and Dancer full names completed in the provided fields.  Once you have emailed your order please submit payment by EMT to dsdparentsociety@gmail.com in the comment section of the EMT please include the fundraiser name, Parent full name and Dancer full name (EMT to come from dance family only).  Orders are due no later than November 15th and gift cards are expected to arrive the last week of November.  Distribution of gift cards will be determined and announced in a future communication.  

Purdys – November 26th Order Deadline 

Fundraiser is open now.   All orders are placed and paid for online using your individual family link.  Individual Family links will be emailed out by Friday.   Once received feel free to share your family link with friends and family, using your family link ensures that orders placed by your friends and family will be directly linked to your dancer! In the meantime here is the catalogue link.  Pick Up is tentatively planned for December 13th.  If you require a paper catalogue please reply email us to let us know!

Milkjar – November 25th NOON Order Deadline

Fundraiser is open from November 4th to 25th NOON SHARP.  All orders are placed online directly through the Milkjar website and shipped directly to the supporter.  Orders over $99 are free shipping.  Here are the directions.

1. Supporters shop their favourite Milk Jar products at milkjar.ca (excluding sale items, bundles, workshops, and gift cards).

    2. In order to link the order to a specific Dance Family supporters must enter the Dancer’s Name in the "Sending Milk Jar as a gift? Add a gift note."

    3. At checkout, they enter your unique fundraiser code.  UNIQUE CODE: DSDPA

 Important: Without using this code at checkout, sales won’t count toward your fundraiser and cannot be added after checkout.
